“Follow the Butterflies”

Challenge Of the Week
In Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets Ron asks “Why spiders? Why couldn’t it be ‘follow the butterflies'”?

This weeks challenge:
25 Air Squats
25 Push ups
25 Alternating Lunges
25 2-Count Mountain Climbers
60 Second Plank
4x Through for time.

This will get your heart pumping! No rest in between exercises and little to no rest in between sets. This is an all out, go for broke, pedal to the metal, blitz. You’ll wish you were just following the butterflies by the time you’re done!  Step it up a notch and try “Follow the Butterflies” Two.

Just completed this one. Took me exactly 14 minutes. I had to really push to get the last set of Push Ups in. And I was really feeling that last 60 second Plank. Let’s live every day fit!
