25 Prisoner Squats
25 Rotational Push-ups
25 Lunge Front Kicks (Right Side)
25 Lunge Front Kicks (Left Side)
25 Mountain Climbers
30 Second Side Plank (Right Side)
30 Second Front Plank
30 Second Side Plank (Left Side)
4x Through for time.
Remember, no rest in between exercises and little to no rest in between sets. This is an all out, go for broke, pedal to the metal, blitz. Be sure to check out the first “Follow the Butterflies” Challenge as well.
