“Follow the Butterflies” Two

Challenge Of the Week

Last week’s challenge was good but we wanted to make some changes to push us a little harder. So we’ve come back to make it a little bit more of a challenge!

This weeks challenge:

25 Prisoner Squats
25 Rotational Push-ups
25 Lunge Front Kicks (Right Side)
25 Lunge Front Kicks (Left Side)
25 Mountain Climbers
30 Second Side Plank (Right Side)
30 Second Front Plank
30 Second Side Plank (Left Side)
4x Through for time.

Remember, no rest in between exercises and little to no rest in between sets. This is an all out, go for broke, pedal to the metal, blitz.  Be sure to check out the first “Follow the Butterflies” Challenge as well.

    Certainly I like your web site, but you need to take a look at the spelling on several of your posts. Several of them are rife with spelling problems and I find it very troublesome to tell you. However I will definitely come again again!
